Through Arold Mejia, we found out about a Pastor who has served Good Samaritan Baptist Mission for 35 years! Pastor Pompilio is at an age to retire, but has nowhere to live if he is no longer working as a Pastor. (This is a widespread problem, but we have a plan!) On a trip over to Honduras in February, Jason went to meet Pastor Pompilio and see the house that he lives in now. In talking with his son, we found out that he would like to purchase this house because, it has constant running water and is on a city sewer system. This is a very rare thing to find in Honduras. It’s also a solid block house that is in pretty good condition. We would purchase and renovate the house and add a bathroom for their comfort.

When Jason and Arold told Pastor Pompilio that his house was going to be provisions project number seven, he started to sob and thank God! This precious faithful servant of God has laid away get night and wondered about his future and the future of his family. Now he knows that God has made provision and they will have a safe secure place to live until their death.
GOD BLESS YOU, PASTOR POMPILIO! It will be an honor to provide you with a home!
